Q: What are Gufix products made of?

A: The materials are different from model to model, so we have covers with 95% Cotton and 5% Lycra, other covers are made of 95% Rayon and 5%Lycra and others from Premium Microfiber 95% and 5% Lycra. We have chosen these combinations to obtain soft and light materials, yet strechy and resistant.

Q: Where are the Gufix products manufactured?

A: Our products are manufactured in our factory in Turkey.

Q: How should I wash the Gufix cover?

A: The care instructions for the covers are to hand or machine wash using lukewarm water (for machine wash choose gentle cycle). Hang to dry and use low iron heat.

Q: What I would like an exchange or a refund?

A: Each and every order comes with the guarantee that either you will be 100% satisfied with our products or you will get your money back. Just send us an e-mail at hello@gufix.com and let us know what's wrong with the product/s you have purchased and if you'd like to exchange or refund you order.
